Based in Shanghai for China to facilitate the international client’s development of the Chinese outbound travel market. We design and implement a wide range of innovative programs to create high visibility and market leadership for top outbound destinations, tourist attractions, luxury cruises and leading tour management companies. The company was established in 2003 and now employs over 20 multi-lingual professionals.


Primary Purpose:
The principle role of the Sales Coordinator is to be responsible for assisting in implementing the market development strategies for the entire Commercial Sales Department. The successful candidate must be fluent (both written and spoken) in Mandarin and English.

Responsibility:
Sales Coordinate – China

– Assist Direct of Sales on daily basis

– Assist with projects as requested

– Ensure the monthly e-newsletter is published & distributed

– Database maintain and management (travel agents, related travel industry, incentive and media)

– Sales call & sales trip booking and follow up support

– Manage the basic office administration, by developing simple systems to make it as easy and manageable as possible.

– Assist with important projects including third party promotions and special event support.

– Constantly assist in sourcing market intelligence of competitor, airline, travel industry and destination activity the market. Especially from travel media and market surveys.

– Manage and assist the travel affairs of the bureau team

– Keep a very strong positive relationship within the team.

– Assist Director of Sales on the deadlines of sales reports and expense claims
